Adjunct Faculty

The Michigan School of Psychology (MSP) invites applicants interested in teaching in an environment of collaboration and academic excellence for the Spring 2025 Semester (April 28, 2025 – July 28, 2025). Adjunct faculty are needed in the Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) program for the following courses:

• Psychology of Trauma (3 credit hours; Thursdays, 1:30pm – 5:00pm)
• Qualitative Research (3 credit hours; Thursdays, 1:30pm – 5:15pm)

Candidates will have a demonstrated commitment to and experience in working with diverse populations; will support the values and vision of MSP; possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and a commitment to the practitioner-scholar model of teaching.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD/PsyD);
• Fully licensed psychologists are preferred; license-eligible will be considered;
• Experience in college level teaching; graduate level preferred.

This is not a remote position; work is performed in person on campus. Pay for the semester is $3,000.00.
