McLaren Health Care is Recruiting Psychologists! These positions will be a combination of clinical services
and academic teaching. As a core faculty member this position will be involved in residency guidance and
teaching. A clinical appointment at Michigan State University Colleges of Human and Osteopathic Medicine
will be offered. These are full-time opportunities with designated clinical and academic responsibilities.
There are no call coverage needs. Highlights of this position include:
• Development and implementation of Behavioral Medicine curriculum for McLaren Residency Programs
following Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements.
• Provision of oversight for well-being programming for Graduate Medical Education
• Performance of clinical duties which could include Consultation Liaison inpatient, Integrative Primary
Care, Integrative Cancer Care or Psychotherapy depending on site need.
• Assistance to resident physicians for scholarly inquiry projects (research and/or quality Improvement).
• Participation in system wide Academic Behavioral Health activities, including teaching for Clinical
Health Psychology Post Doctoral Fellowship and/or Internship.
